Vishal is also the Founder of CyberIndia.org. Cyberindia focuses on a common mission purpose of enabling innovation, education, enhanced cyber readiness and resilience – all while connecting the cyber ecosystem .

Vishal is an active member on the non-profit boards of Trustees and Directors for the University of California at Merced (Merced, California) and One Economy (Washington DC). Prior to joining Edgewood, Vishal was a cofounder or had senior leadership roles at Akroria Networks, Geotouch and PointCross. Vishal started his career at Loral Corporation. While pursing his MBA at Chicago Booth, Vishal cofounded the Hyde Park Angels to promote entrepreneurship in the Chicago land area. Vishal continues to be an active member of The Chicago Club, The Indus Entrepreneurs and Chicago Private Equity Networks.
Vishal holds a B.S. degree in Marketing from Santa Clara University and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the University Of Chicago Booth School Of Business.
